The Lady wears the 'Castle of Beersel' (medieval castle that still stands in the in the municipality Beersel) as if it's a hat.
She reminds me of the ladies parading at the horse racing track, with extravagant hats. The castle is surrounded by water and it looks as if the Lady emerged from under it. I first got the idea of using this castle from the comic Bob & Bobette (Suzy & Spike) 'The treasure of Beersel'. The comic is best known from the movie 'Luke and Lucy: The Texas Rangers'.
And featuring as the lady is a Lindsay Lohan look-a-like...
